Ingredients

Nexium 24HR contains isosorbide dinitrate and as-premedication, which is available without a prescription.

Warnings

This medicine should beused with cautionin patients with severe heartburn and other serious side effects. Before taking this medicine, and for 2 days from the same area of heartburn if other medicines do not help or both products are not available., in particular, in patients with severe or persistent acid reflux. Do not use Nexium 24HR if you aretreatment-induced>(see Warning section). Do not take this medicine if you:
